The name Amrita was inspired by an ancient myth. Amrita was known as the nectar of the gods; if drank the gods would achieve immortality. This natural wine is 85% Semillon with 15% orange muscat. It was aged in 100% Clay amphoras for 6 months on its fine lees. The wine is very floral, with notes of orange citrus blossom, white peach and apricot, honeysuckle, green grass, guava, green papaya, coconut and citrus fruit.
