This Malbec was 100% whole berry destemmed and fermented in a mix of oak and stainless steel for roughly 25 days. It was aged for 11 months in 35% new French oak and 65% aged in neutral French oak. Clones are Cot 46 and 180. The wine is very floral, and gives off pretty notes of purple flowers, black and blue fruits, with a hint of vanilla spice, and dried herbs.  It has good structure and acidity that will help this wine age nicely. Drink now or lay it down for 5 years.
